2016 Pride in Print

Eight Gold Medals (a new record!) plus a highly commended - we had another very successful year at Pride in Print in 2016.

This year the Pride in Print awards were held at the Sky City Convention Centre - and what a great night it was! 

An amazing light show started the evening, followed by some comedy genius by Ben Hurley and Paul Ego. We went on to win 8 gold medals – 5 in the Label Category for the following entries: 

Haha Reserve Pinot Noir

Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Lawsons Dry Hills Chardonnay

Horleys Proteinfood and 

Matahiwi Holly with a highly commended given to the

 Moana Park Late Harvest entry.

3 gold medals were also won for our self-promotional 'Box of Fish Series' - a collaboration between Rapid Labels and the talented Kiwi Illustrator, Artist and Graphic Designer, Greg Straight. The Snapper Series is part of his Aotearoa Ocean Prints Collection.

The 'Box of Fish Series' features an array of different embellishments and stocks – a perfect tool to help our clients with their design choices.
